My name is Deanna Mehlhoff, ARNP, FNP-BC

I specialize in people sick and tired of being sick and tired! First responders and veterans, I've spent years working with you and the unique needs associated with your professions and service. Time to take better care of you! I've got your six!

I've been in healthcare since I was 16yo. I went to graduate school in Boston and achieved a post graduate certificate in Lifestyle Sciences: Metabolic Syndrome and Nutrition from Harvard Medical School. I have spent years researching MetS in first responders and spent several years teaching at Police and Fire Agencies, guest lecturing at First Responders Conferences and pod casting about MetS, which is the basis for most chronic illness. Additionally, I'm board certified in family medicine and a certified examiner for Veteran Disability Claims. Other fascinating highlights of my career include serving native populations in Washington and doing bush medicine in Alaska. That fed my love of nature, wildlife and people. Life changing for sure.

My husband is 30+ years in law enforcement, and we are blessed to get him retired in the beautiful state of Arizona with our sweet boy Chaos. I look forward to serving you. Thank you for trusting me with your care!
